Only purchases made directly from our online store qualify for our policy. We are always dedicated to make our customer satisfied with the product that they have purchased from our site. You can cancel the service at any time and you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.

Refunds will be granted ONLY these cases:

  • If product description is fully misguide from the features listed in the product description page.
  • If you believe you were given incorrect information by us and subsequently fail to meet a timeframe.
  • Product doesn’t work as it’s described and we failed to fix bug and don’t provide any support about your question that is relevant to our product.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or record as an evidence.

When you DON’T have to offer a refund:

  • Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund).
  • No longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it.
  • If you change your mind after buying an item/subscription.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  • Product was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which he/she had legal access.
